The body of the car is an E46 BMW 3 Series, with a weight distribution perfect for the art of DRIFT. As for the weight, the car has only the necessary parts, replaced by homologous ones that meet the competition specifications. The roll bar adds a lot to the protection, but it doesn’t help you shed the pounds, so the car weighs 1200 kg, which is considered extremely light. The 4,400 cc supercharged V8 engine with race camshafts and valve springs can squeeze out 400 horsepower. Continuing the drive, a three-disc clutch is located between the gearbox and the engine, handling this power with confidence. The gearbox has 5 speeds, a short shifter and a reinforced structure. The differential is fully enclosed, so you get a smooth drive during drift. The custom exhaust system is responsible for the musical part of the experience, and above 7000 rpm, it’s truly fabulous. The hydraulic handbrake is a drift essential, and of course it’s in the car too. Security is provided by the aforementioned roll bar and 4-point harness that keeps you completely fixed in your shell seat. And the pride of the car is the chassis, which thanks to its wheel tilt and articulation can maintain terrific stability during the more precarious moments of drifting.
